The Contempt Case is filed for disobedience of the order dated 06.04.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.11003 of 2016. There is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (A.P) submits that the order dated 06.04.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.11003 of 2016, has been complied with and the cheque power of the petitioner was restored.
