Sri Palle Sriharinath, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file fresh Criminal Petition. He has filed letter dated 15.02.2021 before the Registry to that effect. Granting liberty as sought, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
