Sri C.Srinivasa Baba, learned standing counsel for the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, would bring it to our notice that the Supreme Court passed an order on 25.04.2018 in Contempt Petition (c) No.820 of 2017 and M.A.No.284 of 2017 in C.A.No.5099 of 2016 and batch requiring the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission to revise the list in respect of all vacancies available and arising from 07.03.2002. Learned counsel would further submit that pursuant to the aforestated order, the Commission issued the revised provisional selection list dated 27.04.2018 requiring those affected thereby to submit their objections, if they so chose, by 03.05.2018.

In the light of this development, it would be open to the petitioner to submit his objections, if any, to the revised provisional selection list dated 27.04.2018. Giving him liberty to do so, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
