This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by A.1 to A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.228 of 2012 on the file of SHO, Rajahmundry-III Town Police Station, East Godavari District. Heard.

The Crime pertains to 2012 and admittedly, no interim has been granted by this Court. The respondent-police have also not taken any steps to arrest the petitioners herein so far. Considering the same, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners and file the final report, if any, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
