HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12386 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to delcare the order of first respondent in Rc.No.1422/95-B, dated 09.06.2003 directing the second respondent to suspend the petitioner from service. This Court granted interim suspension of order of 1st respondent dated 09.06.2003 on 02.07.2003 vide WPMP No.15415 of 2003.

Advocate for writ petitioner submitted that petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
