The counsel for petitioner has submitted a letter dt.02.03.2016 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, stating that the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ Petition.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
