HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21654 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 30.03.2017, of this Court in W.P. Nos.44530, 16997 and 15916 of 2016 and a copy of the said common order is also placed on record.

2) In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to make an application under Section 3-G (5) of the National High Ways Act, 1956 for determination of the amount of compensation by the Arbitrator within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If such an application is made, the same shall be considered and appropriate action be taken by the respondents in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
