HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17173 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 in not registering the FIR in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.04.2018 against unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 under Sections 420 IPC, 406, 409 and Section 67 of Information Act, read with Section 34 IPC and 500 IPC, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that FIR No.158/2018 dated 30.04.2018 is registered basing on the complaint made by the petitioner and also produced copy of the said FIR.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
