Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that though the respondents have initiated the process of conducting survey of the land to an extent of Acs.5.05 gts in Survey No.720/AA situated at Shamshabad Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, pursuant to the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner by issuing notices dated 08.03.2022 and 15.03.2022 in File No.G/117/2022, the survey is not conducted so far and have kept the application of the petitioner for conducting survey of the land pending and failed to conduct survey. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are under obligation to complete the survey within a period of 45 days. The petitioner submitted F-Line application as early as on 31.01.2022 but the survey is not concluded even after lapse of more than five months. Hence, the counsel for the petitioner seeks appropriate orders to direct the respondents to conclude the same.

Taking into consideration the fact that the respondents have already issued notices dated 08.03.2022 and 15.03.2022 pursuant to the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to take steps for concluding the survey pursuant to the F-Line application bearing No.DER022200744860 dated 31.01.2022 submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey in respect of the land to an extent of Acs.5.05 gts in Survey No.720 situated at Shamshabad Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and complete the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
