This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No.152 of 2024 on the file of learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, BhadadriKothagudem district to the file of learned Family Court at \ ( ( Khammarn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the petitioner-wife is unemployed and living with her parents at Khammarn. She is facing difficulty to travel to Kothagudem to defend the F.C.O.P. and hence, filed the present petition 4.
In sF,ite of service of notice on respondent, none appeared and there is no representation for the respondent. In the absence of opposition this petition is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. I.l.M.O.P. No.152 of 2024 stands transferred from the file of lertrned learned I Additiona-l Senior Civil Judge,
RY,J TRCMP 242 2025 Kothagudem, Bhadadri-Kothagudem district to the file of learned Family Court at Khammam. The Court concerned is hereby directed to transmit the entire case file relating to H.M.O.P.
