On behalf of the Appellants, Mr.Srinivas Emani endorsed and represented that the appeal is not being pressed and the same may be dismissed accordingly. It is also represented that there are five similar appeals, and the said appeals have also been dismissed as withdrawn, as the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court.
