When the matter is called, it is represented by learned Government Pleaders for Revenue and Social Welfare that vide proceedings, dated 06-03-2008 the District Collector, Nellore District, declined to issue Scheduled Caste Certificate in favour of the petitioner and as against the said order the petitioner herein filed statutory appeal under the provisions of Section 7 the Andhra Pradesh (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 16/1993 and the Government also vide G.O.Ms.No.124 Social Welfare (CV.1) Department, dated 30-06-2008 rejected the said appeal, upholding the proceedings of the District Collector.

In view of the above developments, the petitioner herein is not entitled for any relief from this Court in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________ A.V. SESHA SAI, J November 07, 2016 Pn
