THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9634 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in implicating the petitioner as accused No.4 in Crime No.47 of 2017.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner were shown as accused in Crime No.47 of 2017, but he states that the Police are harassing the petitioner. It is needless to observe that the Police are empowered to conduct investigation but should follow due process of law while investigating the crime.
