This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.195 of 2013 on the file of Mellacheruvu Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered under Sections 294 (b), 506 r/ w 109 IPC. During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that case in Cr.No.195 of 2013 on the file of Mellacheruvu Police Station, Nalgonda District, ended in acquittal on 31.03.2015. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
