This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 03.07.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.689 of 2013 in C.C.No.417 of 2012 (Old C.C.No.1702 of 2012) on the file of IV Special Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous in view of disposal of the main C.C. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
