Sriram, learned counsel for the respondentinstitution/college submits that since no undertaking was given by the respondent-institution/college in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 23.9.2015, the writ petition itself may be allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that the order impugned in the writ appeals is set aside insofar as the respondent-college/institution is concerned. As a consequence thereof, the writ appeals also stand disposed of. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
