THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1910 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard before admission.

A perusal of the impugned order of the Collector vide Ref.V3/ CS/ 641/ 2014,dt.07.03.2015, confirmed in Crl.A.No.166 of 2015 by the learned Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry, on 28.01.2016 of 20% confiscation of the seized stock particularly and mainly including from the explanation of no accounts maintained even taken for granted of so called stock register produced belatedly and later not produced at the time of inspection from the alleged ill-health of the clerk Krishna Murthy, that is not even a reason for non-maintenance of accounts apart from the stock variation, even contended as within the permissible limits, thereby there is nothing to interfere while sitting in revision. Accordingly and in the result, the revision is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
