This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings in docket order dated 08.10.2012 passed in PRC No.41 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nuzvid, Krishna District. The offences alleged are under Sections 324, 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent. None appears for the 2nd respondent in spite of notice.

It is noticed that earlier the petitioners herein filed CRLP.No.5095 of 2012 seeking the same relief, as prayed herein, which was dismissed by order dated 25.06.2012 considering that the truth or falsity of the allegations cannot be subject matter of the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., as it is a question of fact. Hence, in view of the above, this petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T.
