THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1537 of 2010 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 06.8.2010 in Crl.M.P. Nos.2196 of 2009 in Criminal Appeal No.116 of 2009 on the file of the court of the V Additional Sessions Judge (II FTC), Warangal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Crl.RC shall stand closed.
