ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/R2 and R3 seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.1 of 2012 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, against them.

2. The first respondent herein filed the aforesaid DVC against her husband and his relatives i.e., petitioners/R2 and R3, alleging that all the respondents used to harass her by demanding additional dowry and used to beat her mercilessly.

3. In view of the allegations mentioned in the complaint and also the nature of proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the interim order passed by this Court on 24.02.2014 dispensing with the presence of the petitioners/R2 and R3 in DVC No.1 of 2012 except on the dates whenever their presence is specifically required by the Court, shall continue till disposal of said DVC.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
