THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.317 of 2014 ORDER:

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C., seeking to withdraw CA No. 249 of 2012 pending on the file of IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kakinada, and transfer the same to the District Judge, Rajahmundry. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor are not able to inform about the stage of the case before the trial Court. No stay was granted by this Court earlier. Since the case pertains to the year 2014, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner.

Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed.
