ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned government pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner Nos.1 to 5 obtained a decree from the Lok Adalat, Hindupur, in P.L.C.No.158 of 2015 dated 19.09.2015 against private parties, whereunder they are stated to have been allotted Ac.1-43 cents out of Ac.4-43 cents of Hindupur Village Polam and the respondentprivate parties were held to be entitled to Ac.2-62 cents. In order to demarcate the said Ac.1-43 cents, petitioners made representation to the third respondent on 13.10.2015 seeking survey of the said land and paid the necessary challan also. The present writ petition is filed alleging that the survey as sought for is not being conducted.

3. Petitioners' application for survey is on 13.10.2015, which is hardly little over two weeks, and in a matter of this nature, the third respondent is required to get the land surveyed which would necessarily take some time. As on today, therefore, I do not see any inaction on the part of the third respondent requiring interference by this court. However, if the petitioners' application is still pending and not considered by the third respondent, he shall consider the same in accordance with law and issue appropriate directions expeditiously. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
