ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings, dated 12.01.2015, granting permission for installation of Telecommunication Infrastructure Tower (for short, 'TIT'). The said proceedings are challenged on the ground that the same are in violation of the orders in Government issued in G.O.Ms.No.380, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department, dated 01.08.2013.

2. The G.O.Ms.No.380, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department, dated 01.08.2013, is now replaced by revised orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.146, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (M2) Department, dated 19.06.2015.

3. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

in view of the subsequent orders issued in superssession of the orders in G.O.Ms.No.380, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department, dated 01.08.2013, the cause in the writ petition do not survive.

4. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies as available in law, if they are aggrieved by the subsequent orders in G.O.Ms.No.146, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (M2) Department, dated 19.06.2015.
