Bhosale) None appears for the petitioner. Mr. H. Venugopal, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that with the passage of time, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. The order of detention was passed on 5.1.2015 for a period of 12 months and, since the period is over, he submits that nothing further survives in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
