This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 24-03-2003 and 04-09-2003 for alternative employment or for retirement on medical grounds as illegal arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice. 2.

This Court granted interim direction on 30-12-2003 and it is represented that in view of the interim direction, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3. Considering the same, writ petition is disposed of in terms of

the interim orders dated 30-12-2003. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
