THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8357 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...declaring the action of the respondents 1 & 2 in interfering with the civil rights pertaining to the petitioners' property in plot Nos.14, 15, 111(p), 112(p), 113(p), 106, 105, 81 & 82, admeasuring 2661 sq.yards in Sy.No.45(p) of Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and stopping the construction thereon and obstructing the enjoyment of the said property as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 not to interfere with the petitioners' rights in respect of the said property in any manner and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions, dated 15.11.2019, issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. 4.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the respondent police never interfered with the civil rights of the petitioners, at any point of time.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the respondents in the written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
