THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.42511 OF 2015 ORDER:

As on today, it is premature to examine as to whether the resumption is justified on the facts and circumstances of the case. Hence, if any action is intended to be taken by the 4th respondent against the petitioners, he shall follow due process of law and take appropriate action.

2. The impugned order in the present writ petition is merely an internal correspondence between the Mandal Officer, Nalgonda and the 4th respondent, and there is no adverse order passed against the petitioners. Therefore, there are no reasons to entertain the writ petition.

3. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
