When the matter is taken up, it is requested by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner be permitted to submit a representation to the respondent Nos.3 and 6 and the same may be directed to be considered as per law. On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri K.K.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 6, that if any such representation is filed before the respondentauthorities, the same will be verified and action will be taken in accordance with law.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the writ petitioner to submit an appropriate representation for redressal of his grievance to respondent Nos.3 and 6 for their consideration, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If any such representation is made by the petitioner, within the time stipulated above, the respondents are directed to dispose of the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
