THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINDNI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.25767 OF 2022 ORDER:
It is the case of the petitioner that he is the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.5.OO gts in Survey No. 14/EE of Yenugonda Village, Mahabubnagar Urban Mandal, Mahabubnagar District and he was also issued digital pass book bearing No.T01160040589 with Khata No.431 and the petitioner was also paid the benefits of Rythu Bandhu Scheme till the year 2027 and thereafter, it was stopped. On enquiry, the petitioner came to know that the name of the fifth respondent was entered in respect of the land in Survey No.14lEE with transaction No.2100247339 by deleting the name of the petitioner.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the name of the petitioner has been deleted without issuing any notice and affording any opportunity to the petitioner and the name of the fifth respondent has been entered in Dharani Portal in respect of the subject land. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner claims to have submitted various applications including the applications dated 24.02.2022, 24.05.2022 and 07.O3.2O22.
MSK,J w.P.NO.25767 0F 2022 application in Prajavani and in response to the same, the fourth respondent herein submitted a report vide No.B I 618 I 2022 dated 15.03.2022 stating that the name of the fifth respondent is mutated in respect of the subject land. However, the third respondent has not taken any action on the said report submitted by the fourth respondent. As such, the application submitted by the petitioner under Prajavani program vide registration No.MHBDC/E / 2022 I OO4OS dated 07.03.2022 is still pending consideration with the third respondent. Hence, the Writ Petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3.
In the circumstances referred to above, especially the application dated 07.03.2022 submitted by the petitioner under Prajavani Program is still pending consideration before the third respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the application vide registration No.MHBDC/E l2022lOO405 dated 07.O3.2O22 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two
(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that while considering the application of the petitioner, the third respondent shall issue notice to the hfth
