HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1130 OF 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that the order dated 15.02.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.34186 of 2015 has been complied with by depositing the compensation amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the amount deposited by the respondents is not in terms of the Judgment of the Supreme Court.

Since in the order dated 15.02.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.34186 of 2015, no fixed amount is directed to be paid and it is only directed to pay the compensation amount payable to the petitioners, and since it is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the amount is already deposited, no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioners to agitate the quantum of the amount in the Execution Petition filed by them. No order as to costs.
