HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.16601 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 in interfering with civil disputes between petitioner and 5th respondent and thereby restraining the petitioner for his repair activities at Door No.13-6-426/A/53, Plot No. (B) (part), situated at Moghal Nagar, Ring Road, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents to produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Cr.No.193/2017 was registered against 5th respondent on 07.06.2017. He submits that the respondents 1 to 4 never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioner and 5th respondent and that they never tried to dispossess the petitioner from the subject premises. He also submits that is no direction given by the Civil court for granting of police protection to the subject premises. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, this order will not

preclude the respondents 1 to 4 from taking action if there is any law and order problem.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
