Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the Contempt Case as he desires to take appropriate steps challenging the proceedings issued afresh.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
