THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9836 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this petition for quashing the proceedings in crime No.159 of 2013 on the file of Ongole Taluq Police Station, Prakasam District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police after investigation have filed charge sheet on 03.02.2015, which was taken on record as C.C.No.58 of 2015 by the III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ongole, and the case is posted to 06.08.2015 for trial.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
