THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER SECOND APPEAL Nos.1062 AND 1129 OF 1999 COMMON JUDGMENT:

Appellants in both the second appeals are not ready. These appeals went on several adjournments at the request of the appellants. In spite of ample opportunities given, the appellants are not evincing any interest in proceeding with final hearing of the second appeals.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents in both the second appeals is ready and pressing for disposal of the second appeals. Under these circumstances, both the Second Appeals are dismissed for default. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
