The petitioners seek survey of the subject land in Sy.No.691 in an extent of Acs.13.38 gts., situated at Devarakonda Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District. They filed a representation dt.04.04.2019 before the respondent authorities along with the requisite fee. Having received such a representation, it is not open to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Devarakonda Mandal, Nalgonda District, to remain somnolent.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Devarakonda Mandal, Nalgonda District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioners' representation dt.04.04.2019 expeditiously and, in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
