THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT APPEAL Nos. 2349, 2350 and 2352 of 2003 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This batch of appeals are directed against the common judgment and order of the learned Single Judge dated 12.12.2003, whereby His Lordship has been pleased to refuse to entertain the writ petitions for decision on merit. His Lordship, after narration of the facts, found that the petitioners have an effective alternative remedy and liberty is given to them to avail the same.

When no decision has been rendered and further His Lordship in exercise of his discretion with reasons found that these are not fit cases to invoke the writ jurisdiction, we are not going to substitute our finding in place of the said finding.

We therefore dismiss the appeals. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
