THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 170 of 2015 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The writ appeal is directed against the common order, dated 04.04.2014, whereby several writ petitions including W.P.No.545 of 2006 filed by the appellants were disposed of. It appears that the writ petitions were disposed of in terms of the order, dated 04.04.2014, passed in W.P.No.538 of 2006. In other words, the order passed in W.P.No.538 of 2006 squarely covered the group of writ petitions which came to be disposed of vide common order, dated 04.04.2014.

We have perused the order, dated 10.10.2014, passed in W.A.No.1311 of 2014 arising from the order, dated 04.04.2014, in W.P.No.538 of 2006.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the instant appeal is squarely covered by the said order and the same may be disposed of in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the

submission made on behalf of the appellants.

In the circumstances, this appeal is dismissed in terms of the order, dated 10.10.2014, passed in W.A.No.1311 of 2014. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
