HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17130 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he acquired the land admeasuring Ac.0-19 cents in Sy.No.507, Ac.0-50 cents in Sy.No.457/3, Ac.0.52 cents in Sy.No.503, Ac.0.88 cents in Sy.No.502 and Ac.0.26 cents in Sy.No.457/1 of Gudibanda village, Kalakada Mandal, Chittoor District by virtue of Will dated 18-03-1993 executed by his grand mother C.Eeshwaramma who purchased the said lands in the year 1963 under registered sale deed dated 26-08-1963 from one Sri Annaluru Rama Linga Achari. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") and also made another application and the same are not disposed of, he made another representation on 21-12-2015. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form 6-A of the Act and is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same.
Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form 6-A and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
