O R D E R

Alleging that 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Dharmavaram Urban Police Station, Dharmavaram, Anantapur District, is frequently calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering with matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent, which are to the effect that petitioner was never called to the police for purpose of settlement of matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. It is further stated that the 4th respondent did not approach the police station and the present writ petition is filed on a mere apprehension that 4th respondent would approach police station and that the 3rd respondent may take action.

Recording the statement of the 3rd respondent in the written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is needless to observe that the 3rd respondent shall not summon the petitioner to the police station, except in accordance with law.
