JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No. 28185 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri Syed Arif Basha, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the circular, issued by the Association of District Co-Operative Central Banks for the State of Andhra Pradesh dated 27.6.2017, was not referred to in the writ petition by oversight. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh placing reliance, among others, on the proceedings dated 27.6.2017. Granting liberty as sought for, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
