Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue(A.P.) for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has applied through on-line on 27-04-2015, seeking survey of his land and for fixing of boundaries thereto. The 4th respondent issued the notice dated 15.05.2015 intimating that the date of survey was scheduled on 21.05.2015 and again, issued the notice dated 01.07.2015 stating that the survey was scheduled on 07.07.2015. But on the said two dates, the survey was not conducted on vague ground that his brother raised an objection. Hence, this Writ Petition.
3. Since it is stated by the petitioner that he filed objections in pursuance of the notice dated 01.07.2015, it is for the 4th respondent to take further steps in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, the 4th respondent is directed to take further action in pursuance of the notice dated 01.07.2015.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
