This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/ accused in Crime No.3 of 2018 of Chandurthy Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 354-B, 354-C, 382 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 66A(C) of the I.T. Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the averments of the bail application, F.I.R. and other material on record including the earlier anticipatory bail dismissal order of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sircilla, dated 24.02.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.104 of 2018. 3.

A perusal of the material on record, no way entitles the petitioner to the concession of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.
