HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19031 of 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 in not incorporating the name of the Petitioner in records in respect of House property admeasuring 200 sq. yards., situated at Municipal No.8-1-366/A/155, consisting of Ground and First Floors and the appurtenant within the said premises admeasuring 52 sq. yards., situated at Janaki Nagar, Tolichowki, Hyderabad which the Petitioner has got through registered Gift Deed bearing Doct.No.5153/2018, dated 20.07.2018 executed by her husband Mohammed Layeeq as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14, 19 and 300-A of Constitution of India and in violation of GO Ms.192 MA & UD dated.22.06.2016 and GO Ms No.155 MA & UD dated.30.05.2016 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.
Heard Sri Deepak Misra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. Perused the material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not considering the application of the petitioner seeking mutation of his name in the municipal records in respect of House property admeasuring 200 square yards, situated at Janaki Nagar, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, which was acquired by the petitioner
CKR, J W.P.No.19031 of 2019 through a registered Gift Deed bearing Document No.5153/218, dated 20.07.2018, executed by her husband Mohammed Layeeq. 4.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in strict accordance with the procedure established by law and communicate a copy of the decision taken thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
