Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw

the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as available in law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
