HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16508 OF 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan) The applicant in O.A No.657 of 2011 of the Central Administrative Tribunal is the writ petitioner, who has invoked Article 227 of the Constitution. That original application was taken up and considered along with a batch of matters and decided as per order dated 14.02.2012. The Tribunal giving elaborate reasons dismissed all the original applications. Against the order dated 14.02.2012, this writ petition is filed invoking Article 227 of the Constitution on 30.04.2018. Apart from the fact that there is no reason reckonable as sufficient cause even to excuse the delay, we see that the learned Tribunal has considered all relevant aspects in relation to the matter, particularly with reference to the rule position and also the precedent law.

2. We do not think that a different view ought to have been taken by the Tribunal.

3. The impugned order does not merit interference. The writ petition fails and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
