In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, petitioner/complainant seeks to withdraw the proceedings in C.C.No. 487 of 2014 from the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad and transfer the same to the any Criminal Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 17.10.2018 of SubInspector of Police, Nizamabad IV Town Police Station, Nizamabad and submitted that the case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 13.12.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to transfer the proceedings in C.C.No.487 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
