HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21209 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in changing the service conditions of petitioners consequent to the transfer from KK-I CSP, Mandamarri Area to Bhoopalpally Area, and to declare the action of respondents in utilizing the services of petitioners as General Mazdoor (Underground) at Bhoopalpally Area by respondents and to declare the proceedings No.BHP/PER/10/1092 dated 10.06.2003, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents to utilize the services of petitioners as General Mazdoor (Surface) at Bhoopalpally Area. Both sides represented that no further orders are necessary in this Writ petition and the same can be closed.
