THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.2082 OF 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek a direction thereby to punish the respondents herein under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Court Act for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 29.07.2016 in W.P.No.23919 of 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/contemnors submits that the order dated 29.07.2016 has been complied with in letter and spirit as directed by this Court. He seeks unconditional apology on behalf of the respondents/contemnors on passing the delayed order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not dispute the same and submits that as the order has been complied with, he does not want to pursue the case further against the respondents/contemnors.

Keeping in view the fact that the respondents have complied with the directions passed by this Court, I hereby discharge the contempt proceedings against the respondents/contemnors. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
