When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel the petitioner that after due investigation into the crime, Police filed charge sheet. As such, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to renew his request before the trial Court.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
