THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10705 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the release of J.C.B.Machine seized in PRC No.15 of 2015(Crime No.125 of 2014 of Atchutapuram Police Station) on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yalamanchili, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of discharge petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of discharge petition if she is so advised.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
